- josh munslow Review added: 2018.04.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Package deal (as there are lots in chester) in shop all building work stated on price behind display model when it was viewed for site survey it was apparently a straight forward job day arrives to be fitted my fireplace is tougher than most #cowboy builders we need another part!! Left with hole in the floor and partly done i emailed asking if the hole in the floor FROM OLD FIREPLACE is going to be filled told its an extra ALL BUILDING WORK INCLUDED HUH?? Then 8 days later when the part arrives its 80 trade extra not identified on site visit and not in package i was ready to walk added to this huge pile of rubble in front drive. My cousin also got one fitted same week her rubbish went through kitchen huge mess not a big reviewer but id avoid based on my experience one thing they dont fall short on is asking for money (even if youve paid)
